Palm oil is produced from the oil palm. Depending on what type of product we want to obtain, it is made from the pulp of the fruit bunches (which produces palm oil) or from the seeds of this tree – which gives us palm kernel oil. The former, in addition to spreads for spreading or frying, is used in a huge amount of food products, such as sweets or sauces. Palm kernel oil is also used in many food products and can be a substitute for coconut oil due to their similar fatty acid composition.
Highest quality exotic oils for your health
